Since 2018, I have been actively building Bitcoin Cash adoption on the ground in South Sudan not just online, but in real life.I have Led local feeding initiatives through eatBCH South SudanOrganized BCH meetups and onboarded new usersBuilt and operated a BCH-accepting food business (Chap Chap Hot Burger, And others)Created spaces where people could earn, spend, and understand BCHThis journey has not been perfect. Some projects worked. Some failed. I have learned from both. And this campaign is built on those lessons.The Reality in Juba today. Most gyms are expensive and Many are located in hotels and Access is limited for everyday youth. At the same time Youth are actively looking for structure, fitness, and purpose There is growing interest in BCH but no consistent physical spaceWhat Happened Before, I recently ran a campaign to build a BCH-powered gym and community hub. It was not funded. Instead of walking away, I came back to the community and asked Why? The feedback was clear Show real demand, Prove people will pay and Start small and sustainable so I listened. Survey Results (31 Responses). 97% (30/31) said they would use the gym, 97% (30/31) said they would join as early members Payment, 45% prefer daily payments, 32% prefer monthly 16% prefer weekly. This shows Strong demand exists Flexible pricing is essential.BCH Readiness~20% ready to pay in BCH today, Majority open but need guidance, This means BCH adoption will happen through onboarding, not assumption.The Plan is to Start Small, Start Real This is no longer about building a big gym. This is about starting with what is needed to operate immediately.Phase 1: Basic free weights Bench & squat rack Simple training space Low-cost setup on land I already have so No rent, No large overhead, No unnecessary expansion.The land is measuring 20 by 20 Square Maters.Funding Goal: 34.25 at 437.93 USD per 1 BCH on 6th April, Equivalent to $15,000 USD for (Equipment + Setup Only).This funding will go strictly to Core gym equipment, Basic setup and structure Branding (simple, visible identity), No salaries, No large operational buffer, No unnecessary spending.
