Autonomous review first. Human judgment next.
The published profiles contain source-based autonomous assessments. Chippy, the BCH operations harness, can refresh structured descriptions, milestones, and reviews through batch jobs. Every autonomous review remains a draft until a named human records a decision.
A 1–10 support score
Higher means stronger recommended support. The rounded weighted average combines BCH usefulness (30%), delivery evidence (25%), open work and accountability (15%), execution feasibility (10%), and impact versus cost (20%). Impact versus cost abstains when Atlas has no recorded FundMe or Flipstarter funding; the remaining weights are normalized. Missing reviews remain unscored.
From review to support
Publicly funded commitments are grouped by campaign. Three to seven open deliverables deduct one point; eight or more deduct two. A score of 8 or higher can enter the human review queue, but a model score never authorises or executes a payment.
Milestones and corrections
Each FundMe or Flipstarter round gets its own granular list. Stated commitments, source-reported completion, and independently verified delivery remain distinct. Verified entries require a verifier, date, evidence, and explanation.
Transparent limitations
Model identity, review date, confidence, source links, open questions, backlog adjustment, and human-review status are recorded. Scores may change as evidence improves.
How to read this demo
Atlas records
Campaigns and projects come from the versioned BCH Atlas API. BCH-1 checks for a newer snapshot approximately every five minutes. Open pages refresh automatically each minute. Source checks and limitations appear above. FundMe listings and read-only CashStarter observations refresh hourly; project activity checks run weekly. GitHub scheduling and deployment may add delay. Flipstarter is retained as a historical archive with automatic discovery paused.
Recorded funding
FundMe funding uses observed, confirmed CashStarter claim transactions where available. Unclaimed balances and reported pledge totals remain separate and are not counted as payouts. Historical Flipstarter records use the recorded amount of successful campaigns. Unknown payouts are excluded from the funded total; this is not an audited sum or total ecosystem investment.
Activity and delivery
Project activity uses Atlas’s liveness signals. Each project detail shows its own last check date. Active does not mean a campaign delivered. Campaign fundraising success and verified completion are separate concepts.
Funding sources
Crowdfunding tags come from linked campaigns. Selected sponsorship tags reflect General Protocols’ published sponsorship history, without asserting current amounts. Unknown means undocumented here, not unfunded.
Core Fund examples
Balances, ledger entries, budgets, proposal stages, and runway are illustrative. Runway uses an assumed 8.33 BCH monthly spending rate. No real donor identities, treasury address, or transaction hashes are supplied.
Separate relationships
Hackcelerator 2026 is historical cohort membership. Core Fund proposals describe BCH-1 spending. FundMe campaigns are independently operated. Listing a project does not imply BCH-1 endorsement or funding.
